A Raleigh native, John Sanders founded John C. Sanders & Company in 2001. The vision? To bring together a small team of talented builders dedicated to individual attention and personal service. Together, we have built or renovated some of the finest homes in the Triangle, and in the process, we have earned a reputation of exceptional craftsmanship and personal service.

John C. Sanders, Founder
John has 10 years in the custom building and renovating industry, helping customers design and realize their dreams. He holds an Unlimited Commercial and Residential License.
Gene Gevers, Superintendent
Gene has more than 33 years of experience in residential construction--14 of them owning his own construction company. He holds his General Contracting license in both North Carolina and Indiana, as well as the title of Grandpa to 4 grandchildren.
Jim Galens, Superintendent
A Licensed General Contractor, he has 22 years of experience in New York and North Carolina, including 10 years as vice president of a local remodeling company. His list of many satisfied customers includes his wife and 2 children.
Aimee Zehren, Records Manager
With 18 years in banking and finance, and 4 more in bookkeeping and accounting, Aimee's eye for the numbers is as sharp as they come. As a notary public, she streamlines the process for our clients start to finish, add to all of that a husband and 2 grown sons.
Robert Taylor, Construction Manager
Rob is the construction manager of Balmoral at MacGregor, the triangle's most exclusive townhouse development. Rob, a Raleigh native, returned home after working as a carpenter and then estimator for Wilmington's Nick Garret Custom Homes. Rob graduated from the University of Colorado, where he played wide receiver on the football team and also played on the tennis team.
Michael Noël, Estimating & Purchasing Manager
Michael, a Raleigh native, has spent the last two years working in the northern California building market. Michael manages our estimating and purchasing department, where he actively works with our customers to help them find all the elements that make up their custom home. Michael also is implementing a 'green strategy', helping not only build the highest quality homes but also ones that sustain the environment. Michael is a Ravenscroft and NCSU graduate, earning a business degree with Magna Cum Laude honors.
